SGGW Partner of Poland's Presence at the World Expo 2025 in Osaka Kansai

On 15 January 2025, an agreement was signed between the Polish Investment and Trade Agency and the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW). The subject of the agreement is to determine the principles of cooperation in implementing the Programme for the Promotion of Polish Science at the World Exhibition EXPO 2025 in Osaka, Kansai, including, in particular, the organisation of the Polish Earth Day.

SGGW in Warsaw was thus awarded the title of official partner of Poland’s participation in the World Exhibition in the co-organisation of the Polish Earth Day. As part of this event, a scientific conference and a series of workshops will be held at the Polish Pavilion on 22 April 2025.

SGGW in Warsaw is a modern academic centre with over 200 years of tradition. We currently educate students and conduct research in 5 fields: science and life sciences, veterinary sciences, agricultural sciences, social sciences and engineering sciences.

The university aims to conduct scientific research and education and implementation activities at the highest level, contributing to sustainable development and minimising the adverse effects of future events, including climate change.
